@SW-User Indian food has lots of spices because that's how we eat. That's what makes it different from other boring meat dishes. And I'm sure we don't have any problem with the quality of meat here.

@SW-User I know. Indian food is generality awesome. I’ve been to many Indian restaurants before. Some used quality ingredients (including meat) as well as great spices. Others, they just depend on the spices to make everything else seem good. Spices have the potential to make the final dish palatable even if the actual ingredients used are of low quality. That’s what I meant
