If there is something I feel sensitive about, or something that reminds me of a negative experience and someone makes reference to similar things, whether purposely or accidental - and then I have to make choices.

If I choose to lash out angrily or if I allow it to make me feel humiliated or hurt - I have lost control of myself and the situation. Somebody else is driving my bus.@sspec
