Are you still Italian if you’ve live and born in the US/ Australian after many generations, I mean they can’t even speak Italian anymore?!!

No. If I were to move to Italy and become an Italian citizen-- then I'm Italian and not American.....

If you ask someone's ancestry or where their family came from, Italian and Italy are answers. If you ask their nationality, that is the country in which they have citizenship.
