Which do you prefer? Hugging or being hugged.

I love hugging, but tense up when being hugged. I have an invasion of personal space issue, unless the hug is mutual or initiated by me. 😕

I prefer both as I get none and sometimes would love to be held with affection with the warmth of someone being there.
