Why do men get raging boner early in the morning?

Its nice a lot of time but it can get annoying getting poked from behind at 4 in the morning.

Our health teacher in highschool claimed that if a guy didn't "blow his load", his words, every three days or so, then "morning wood" will only get worse. 🙄🤦‍♀️
