No. Around here it's a rite of passage. [b] With normal people, it's normal.[/b] Around 10 years of age a kid should learn gun safety and marksmanship. [b] In normal households[/b] the 'safety' part should come even earlier, but[b] a normal child in a normal healthy household [/b]should have a decent rifle at 12 years of age.
