Most of us know it's possible for a seemingly sane person to suffer a psychotic break.

Is it possible for a seemingly psychotic person to suddenly experience a sanity break?

Apparently one of the earlier kings of England would go back and forth with his sanity. I'm not sure what experts today actually think he had though.
