That's a sizable sum given the times we live in.
Hope it works well in your favour !

Yes but I only get paid $1070.40 a fortnight how can I be able to pay it off?@Picklebobble2

@Anonymouslyyours86 Well you'll have to wait and see what they say.
They may suggest you keep saving and apply again in a years time if they expect house prices to fall in that time.
They may even offer you a mortgage but at a higher interest rate because of the size of your deposit and your expected earnings.

@Picklebobble2 I will need to wait till February or after because that’s when I can take the money out to borrow the loan? Plus I wanna save a bit more, what’s $300- 350k of 20%?
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@Anonymouslyyours86 20% of 300k is 60k

@Picklebobble2 so I’d need another 45,000.00? About or more huh?
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@Anonymouslyyours86 that would put you in a far better position yes.

@Picklebobble2 do you think there’s any point in going ?
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@Anonymouslyyours86 Of course! You'll never know exactly what's required if you don't !
If they thought you were wasting their time they wouldn't entertain you !
