@SW-User If you want to go that way, you better have your affairs in order first. My mother died in bed. She woke up my father with a "gasp" which meant she stopped breathing instantly. 19 years later, my father joined her. His passing was neither direct nor expected. He died in the act of being wheeled to X-Ray to discover why he was passing blood - as he was doing the night before at home. I am sure THAT was painful.
