Listening to music, cooking, cleaning (not fun but it's busy-work), drawing, paying attention to how I am feeling and sitting with it, breathing, mindfulness. If I lived near the beach I would spend time there, but I watch and listen to ocean waves videos...

@Phire1 I love mindfulness. This woman with her doctorate used to hold these mindfulness groups at my school

@Plumouter I hope it was helpful.

Walks around the park, or the woods (since the beach is not close), can help.
I also have a treadmill I use.

@Phire1 she was amazing. I followed her to her own practices when she left school and so did most the others. She truly 'woke' me up so to speak. I should practice and meditate more, but still.

@Phire1 I also do busy work and listen to music,

@Plumouter Curious why she left the school.

I think it's important to take time for one's own self... even if it's only 5 minutes at a time
Plumouter · 26-30, M
@Phire1 just on with her life, I think to just start her own and do it the way she wants. But I agree with you 100% I haven't done it lately but I wanna start agajn

@Plumouter Eh, we may never know why she left the school. I am glad things were helpful for people while she was there, however.

One day to include such is one step. Set goals then set smaller goals that will help achieve the larger ones. :)

@Phire1 I'm learning slowly how to make smaller goals, thank you :)
