@2MuchMoney there are many variables.
A building with several units would likely guarantee a monthly income. People can do less damage to an apartment. But then, maintenance costs would be higher on a building.
Bottom line, it depends on how much you intend to put into this endeavor. Having several units is more time consuming. But I think you would end up with a larger profit margin.
