@Carla No. Its not catfish rice. But what you see on there is fried chicken strips with some other 'stuff'. I just gave you a clue. 🙂

@Carla Kinda. But chicken strips are the breasts of chicken mostly.
The rice you see here is called chicken perlo. Its chicken and sausage mixed with rice.
The upper right hand corner is stuffing. 🙂
