@LadyMay it's really the light of bright moon that blocks the melatonin that helps you sleep. It's like looking at your computer screen all night. The light keeps you awake.
Oh that’s so true. I really battled insomnia for a while and I hate the way sleeping meds make me feel. I have a whole routine now to help me get to sleep and I can tell a big difference when I skip it@HannahSky
