That is great progress and must help to urge you on towards your goals.

@SW-User fantastic! I have a huge disliking for cardio. Any tips on how I can get into it more?

@SaraxKay if you mean the machines at the gym I share that dislike. I am fortunate to live in a place that is conducive to running and cycling outside. That is my form of meditation. If you have a place to run then start with walking and introduce longer and more frequent running spurts. You might get hooked but at very least it will enhance what you are doing in the gym.
