How do you personally prepare for a job interview?

Do you just wing it?
I've done that in the past but now I'm realizing I need to step up my game

I learn what I can about the company, what they do and what the department I am applying for does. I look at share price, market news, credit reports.

I have a list of questions I ask them, make it clear I am interviewing them as much as they are interviewing me.

I make sure i am early, massively so, you can always find a cafe nearby to chill out until the interview.
