Aight, ima start my diet today.

No more sugar, no rice, no fried food, no milk? Mmm I'll just take a little amount of milk I guess.

I can hold myself from buying those things. The problem is, it'd be hard to refuse if anyone offer me those kind of food..馃槅馃槅

Milk is okay if not too much it had a lot of nutrients.
If you really want rice switch to brown and eat recommended amount.

Cutting out Extra sugar and fried foo nods is s smart way to go.

You can look for lower sugar products such as LS ketchup and no added sugar spegehetti sauces at grocery store.

If you eat pasta on occasion you can try the white fiber variety or go whole wheat.

I am using these products due to having diabetes and have lost weight but cutting out added sugars.

Rye bread has only 1-2 sugars per serving, so you could switch to that for bread.
Read lables and pick out products with 8 or less listed for sugars.

Milk has a lot more sugars , but the nutriant level is high so a glass a day maybe beneficial or you can switch to unsweetened almond milk.

@SW-User I only have milk from a cup of cappuccino that usually take in the afternoon tho, and I live in small room with no way to cook and kinda small budget for food so I usually just eat vegetables and either fish, eggs or chicken for protein. And I'd get two hard boiled egg yolks since my friend only eat the whites those are for lunch, and for dinner, under 5 I'd have some fruits. For breakfast just some shot of espresso haha
