Rolled up pants?

Cool or out of style? I do it only to keep pants from dragging. Reason I ask this stupid question is a neighbor/friend laughed at me today. Would you?

Nope. Probably wouldn't even notice that. Yet I really don't judge people by looks.

If a girl doesn't have makeup I don't notice that either.
