saw 2 different posts and made me think

I just read a post about a guy waking up with a Morning glory, previous to that I read another post about someone selling lingerie on Ebay, with a "T" beside Their nickname
my Question is if someone has gone from Male to Female do they still have some form of Morning Glory? I'm not sure why I thought about this
