were you the "favorite child"?

I'm not too sure. Mom didn't like to play favorites (she had four of us). But if anyone was, I guess I was Daddy's. He took me everywhere in the car with him (until I yelled "If you can't DRIVE that thing, PARK it!" at a too-close driver) and he only spanked me once in my life. Then when my youngest brother arrived,he was a holy terror on wheels, and both my parents and older sister spoiled him rotten- he usually got his own way about everything.
