Thank God for school buddies who become Orthopedic Surgeons and doesn't mind still writing refillable RX's for mid-range narcotics to ease the pain from a shoulder surgery he did 15 years ago!
Also Xanax is good for knocking out the thoughts that spin around in your head and keep you awake thinking stupid shit like;
"What do fish think?" &
"Couldn't a well trained cat or dog take the place of McDonald's cashiers...
all they would need is a computer like Stephen Hawkings has and little stool!"
