just tell them since you’re not qualified or insured they should seek an appointment with someone who is for their protection and yours. Offer to provide some references to other people.

I used to be in a field where the same kind of thing happened @Phire1 . If you really wanna scare them, tell them you have no official obligation to confidentiality till you’re qualifiied so they are better off with someone else
