Are women as smart as men?

Sure, women can remember facts and they have intelligent cognitive abilities but are they as intelligent as men are? When it comes to critical thinking and analytical skills, I don't think so

Intelligence isn’t determined by gender, at this day and age, anyone is capable of achieving anything if they are willing to work for it.
