Trans is not a biological sex. That's a man who identifies as a woman or a woman who identifies as a man. And they can identify as whatever they want, but it doesnt change their sex.
Intersex is also not a sex because it is impossible for a person to be born with both male and female sex organs, that is a fact.
They can have some of one but they will have all of the other.

Until a person can impregnate themselves with their own genital your premise is absolutely wrong.

It takes a male and a female to procreate, That is 2 separate genders.
It is not biologically or scientifically possible to continue the species any other way. That's science and reality.

If a man wants to become a woman, or vice versa, that's their choice and I could care less.

But putting a dress on does not change science. Period.

You dont get to choose the body parts or the anatomy your born with.

If someone wants to live their life as different gender, more power to them. I have no problem with that, I'll even use the pronouns they want.... but biology hasn't changed in millions of years and wishful thinking wont change that.

And a brain has to match the body it's in or we would be able to successfully do brain transplants. I dont judge people based on a penis or not. I have never gone around asking to see penis's.

I simply stated that there are only 2 sexes biologically, and a person is one or the other, not both.

Should my sister give up on thyroid hormone? Father on cholesterol drugs? Friend on anti depressants? Burth control fir excedsive bleeding? People take a number of drugs and hormones for life threatening and non threatening reasons.

I take thyroid hormones, and anti- depressants and for cholesterol. Those are amazing scientific breakthroughs that absolutely increase quality of life. They weren't available for millions of years and people survived because they are not life threatening (for the most part). And that doesnt mean they shouldn't take them now.

Choosing to become a man or a woman is not a necessary or life threatening decision. It's a personal choice based on what they think would give them a better quality of life or whatever the reasons are. And that's fine, be happy, I accept that.

But they are only essential because a man doesnt produce the same amount of estrogen and woman doesnt produce the same amount of testosterone. They just dont, and taking hormone replacement therapy does not make them a different gender it just increases the amount that they have.

If they were actually changing genders, hormones wouldn't be necessary.

All I am saying is that biology hasn't changed in millions of years and just because we have drugs and surgery that can improve someone quality of life, the biology is the same. Period.
