How do you turn off the notification ding sound for similar worlds on My phone?

I muted notifications from similar worlds on my phone but I still get the ding a sound when someone messages me or something else how do I completely get rid of it I don't see the option in the settings on similar worlds

You have to turn down the media volume on your phone to get rid of them, or at least that's the only way I've found

@WelshLovely There used to be a way to do it in similar worlds To turn off getting notifications from it entirely I actually turn off notifications from it on my phone and it still did not stop it it is weird

@WelshLovely I could do it on my old phone just fine but it seems to work differently on my new phone

On home page unclick notifications.
