I think the only thing to do is spray him with an old-style seltzer bottle...

Add him to list of things I need to do ... poorly attired clowns do not get priority.

If he was at your window Kel, I'd kick that clown's butt back into the forrest ... then, when you weren't looking ... make sure he doesn't want to return ... THEN, make a police report
