Would you eat this?

I understand that there is a combo that cures a morning hangover which is called "Hobo Stew." You fry an egg as usual, put it on a piece of bread, and add milk over it. It sounds terrible, but the person who sent it to the magazine swears by it.

I'm not an egg person unless it's scrambled or hard-boiled and sliced to mix with other things, but I adore hash browns. You breakfast sounds pretty fair to me.

There are other people who can't cure a hangover unless they have some "hair of the dog" to cure it. Since I don't drink, I don't know for sure how that works.
