@Mamapolo2016 Are they also counting Te households where the fathers are absent? And how do they determine that the household is headed by a woman or man? Just because someone is the breadwinner doesn't necessarily make that person the decision maker.
@TruthHurts I would guess it’s taken from census figures of some sort - I can’t see Bride Mag contacting every home in America. If the father is absent, then the woman would be head of household.
As far as who calls the shots is concerned, it’s not always the woman, in my experience. Ideally, it should be joint management.
