Anxiety feeds anger, I was told.
I think I do better when I accept that a situation is what is and try to seek ways to solve it, instead of ignoring or running from it.
When I do the latter, the anger has to go somewhere, and it's not usually reserved for the appropriate person or situation.
The emotions bulid up, when oppressed, and have to go somewhere.
I control myself here, it's easy, log out.

@SW-User Excellent points! And yes, I think anxiety and anger can go hand in hand.
