Why would you board a plane in shorts, flip-flops and tank top?

I get it it's summer but come one! What if a bunch of foreigners came to your country dressed that way?

I wouldn't. I haven't worn shorts since 1984, I haven't worn a tank top for even longer and I haven't got any flip-flops. I get it it's September but come two!
