Why would you board a plane in shorts, flip-flops and tank top?

I get it it's summer but come one! What if a bunch of foreigners came to your country dressed that way?

They can if they want but I`m Canadian unless they come for that 2 weeks of year we have warmth they probably would be pretty miserable.
