A bath. My present apartment has a shower-only setup with laminated plastic sliding doors which must have been installed in the 1950s. I can no longer stand in a shower stall with my knees, and when I win the Publisher's House Clearing Sweepstakes, I will go to my landlord and ask for a walk-in bathtub. If he says "No" I will tell him I will pay to have it done. Arthritis (which I have) is eased by a good bath.
