@SpencerMurgatroyd They always respond, they were just discouraging it because of the work load.
The reason I didn't give her the ticket link instead, is because her concern doesn't fit any of the categories you can submit a ticket for. And they have told us to talk to them directly about our warnings instead of tackling it in public.

Not that I haven't but that was their response to another user.
