If you were abducted by aliens during your sleep, what would you expect to see when you woke up?

I had a dream i was abducted & they stuck something in my nose & when i woke up my pillow was covered in blood. That shit was scary bc i was still in that dreamy state & id never had a nosebleed in my sleep.
