@LukeTheDuke Her issue is severe and chronic anxiety. Which manifests itself as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, numerous phobias and OCD in the form of hoarding. But her biggest problem is she refuses to admit she has any problems. She won't go see a doctor (also a phobia). So her entire life revolves around her anxiety. She can't do anything normally because of her phobias. And she forces everyone to cater to her anxiety. And she does some really dumb things because of it.

That must be tough for her and you. I hope one day she can be persuaded to address her anxiety. @quitwhendone

@LukeTheDuke I think she was also abused by her mother which has led her into abusive behavior. And I don't think she even understands that.

The worst craziness is craziness one doesn't admit to. Once it's acknowledged, it can be treated and/or managed. But deniers remain crazy for a lifetime and get worse and worse as they continue to develop ways to deal with it themselves.

All true, it’s very difficult that all of us sometimes don’t recognise our flaws. It can be painful to try and take a good hard look at ourselves. @quitwhendone
