Anyone have a good short rib recipe?

Salt, white pepper,red onion, garlic toss it in a crockpot low heat.
Jack Daniels, brown sugar, tangerine juice and pineapple is the sauce.(Jalapenos can be added for heat if you like.) Make sure to put the sauce after the ribs are done, all that sugar will.burn way to.easy.
