one of the worst parts of Dairy Intollerance

I can easily find milk substitutes,
and I can handle small amounts of cheese,

but the worst part is that I can never have Yogurt ever again. (my body despises it)
still a little upset about that a year after transitioning to non dairy.

Almond Milk makes a non dairy yogurt that tastes pretty good.

Stoneyfields makes a soy one.

Do a search for non dairy yogurt brands. Go to their sites and see where you can buy them in your area.

@SW-User oh yeah, i do have non dairy yogurt, and its yuuuumm, but its still in some ways not the same, you know?

@GeminiDuality Yeah, I know. I've been tapering off dairy myself. Yogurt isn't a problem for me not to eat. The hardest thing for me is going without cheese. I love it. The closest thing that I like is nut cheese.

@SW-User nut cheese, wow, that is a dangerous word for someone as immature as me lol

@GeminiDuality 😂 lol. I know! I was hesitating even writing that! But, it was pretty damned good.
