How does one "lighten up"?

How have you lightened up by helping someone?

the risk-free knowledge comes from other people mistakes, we learn to see things from other people perspectives, helping them out of it always give you wisdome.

Risk-free knowledge, ok has knowledge ever been a risk?

i meant acquiring knowledge without burning your own hands and yes any thing more than what we can handle is risk and here i would like to add that joy is a very good teacher as well :)
