Would we survive?

Scenario: members of similar worlds are all that's left of humanity. We all live in the same city. We have what we need at our disposal to survive. Land to provide food, clean accessible water, materials. Our only constraint is if we can function as a community. Will we survive? Will humanity thrive or will we be doomed?
