Why is he doing this

I’ve told this boy numerous of times I’m
Not interested in him. I was nice in the beginning but I’m starting to have to be mean and he still doesn’t understand that I don’t want to hang out or date him.

@kyky16 He might be a bit socially inept. If you honestly don't wanna be friends with him i'd say "Look, stop following me around, I don't know you and I don't want to know you, you're making me really uncomfortable".

If he doesn't get that then there might be something up with him.
