@SooperSarah Normal Irish Cream:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp instant coffee or a shot of espresso
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups Jameson or to taste
Just blend that up. To make the BBB:
- change the flavourings and instead....
- heat the cream with pumpkin pie spice (2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp each of cloves, allspice, ground ginger, and grate on a bunch of nutmeg)
- add 1 cup chopped pumpkin (don't use canned because it'll turn into a paste) and heat until the cream tastes like pumpkina nd spices
- mix in the condensed milk and whiskey

@SooperSarah The short vesion is just soak pumpkin and spices in some cream and condensed milk and mix with whiskey. Easy!
