Drink a bottle of powerade or gatorade before you go to bed.
@SW-User yeah that helps but not a cure. Hey just wait til you get older. I've drinken heavy since I was 14 and THEY GET WORSE!

Start the drinking day off with a bunch of raw veggies and fruits, lime 85% of your diet should be raw veggies, 15% percent fruit, ane drink ALOT of water.
Begin your drinking with even more raw veggies, and fruit, and even more water
If you want, juice your veggies and fuit; just make sure to eat the pulp as wellb and drink plenty of water.
It really cuts down on hangovers.
Oh and avoid sugar, salty shit, processed stuff, junk food, things of that nature.

@Groofydorkgerdo so avoid all the food I typically eat and crave when I drink? That is a buzzkill. 😩

deplenishes, the fruit keeps your ph balance level and replenishes electrolytes. The pulp.is high in fiber and helps to absorb the alcohol, releasing it at a slower rate over a longer period of time.
Thinggs like watwrmelon and cucumbers work to keep you from getting dehydrated form the booze.
Kinda sux I know, but on the plus side, its easier to out drink your friends.
