Meditation and yoga. Especially if it's the right type of environment where there are minimal distractions, I get a wicked energy buzz and euphoria from it, and it only gets better the more i do it
@KidAzazel I can't do it.... dunno what I'm doing wrong - it's just seems to sensitise me to my environment when I do it 🤷‍♀️

@BoobooSnafu it really depends on what you're trying to do. I personally have mental exercises that i do first to make myself more sensitive to my environment and be more grounded, but I also have a portion of time when i clear my mind. That's a lot more difficult to do than youd think though, and some days will be harder than others even after years of practice
@KidAzazel I've never managed it.

I've learnt to draw instead - it calms my mind - that's the closest I get 🤷‍♀️

@BoobooSnafu drawing can be a great form of meditation too! Not everybody calms or clears their mind in the same way. I know people who get panic attacks if they try my way of meditation because they end up sitting alone with their thoughts. It varies from person to person
