@LukeTheDuke Well I hope the war on drugs never ends.😎
i know when so many people die from drugs, there cant be this let it flood every city it would be chaotic having everyone hooked on drugs.
@Peaches it’s senseless to keep pouring millions of pounds away on a war that won’t be one. Better to decriminalise and let the government get tax from it and deprive the criminal gangs of their trade.
@LukeTheDuke by letting people get addicted and killed off from drugs, the government would be no better than the drug lords, killing people off for profit.
@winchesterbros the criminal gangs mix crap into the drugs to make bigger profits. If the government sold them it could be safer non-toxic stuff
so cocaine is safe? how about things like date rape drugs? meth safe?
@winchesterbros a re read of my previous answer may be worthwhile - the word I used was safer. The government can sell safer stuff than the drug dealers. Because people could get legitimate highs they wouldn’t need to resort to the illegal stuff.
@LukeTheDuke doesnt matter safer, they still can kill and other drugs used for doing other people harm.
@winchesterbros you don’t believe in reducing risk?
nope, look at marijuana when it became legal even tho a lot of people did it even when it wasnt legal, it makes it more viable and ready to use when it became legal. so more drugs will be on the streets and in use. it wont reduce risk.
@winchesterbros so why hasn’t your war on drugs been won? It’s endemic in schools, colleges, prisons and streets. Where has the drug war been a success?
by having it not be illegal wheres the success of just letting it happen?
@winchesterbros you didn’t answer the question.
thats like rape, you can try to prevent it. you can do things to help women not get raped but to just say well its not working so we are just going to let women get raped. thats your ideology.
@winchesterbros no comparison. And you still didn’t answer the question. I’ll ask again - name one place on earth the war on drugs has succeeded?

@LukeTheDuke I actually read something about this very thing and it does make sense.🤔 If people want to defile themselves they will one way or another. I was also shocked to realize how long marijuana has actually been around! It's healing properties have actually been hidden from us for years when I thought there had been little research on it?!

@winchesterbros I actually can agree with some of what he says. Look at the tobacco industry, 🚭️it will NEVER be shut down because money is way more important that human life!😥
@Peaches yeah but it becomes like tobacco but worse when people cant function and can be worse than tobacco when killing people
@Peaches yes it’s hard to see in the beginning, but after much thought it becomes clearer that some people will always want drugs and we should try and save them from the criminals and try a safer way of implementing drug policy. It worked in other places like Portugal.
