My crack head neighbor moved downstairs and said the apartment she had has bed bugs. smh
That's all I need is for them to spread. Allegedly the tenant refused entrance to apartment to treat the apartment, killing the bugs.

She now 'allegedly' has an eviction notice for not allowing entrance within a 24 hour period.
Hell, they may find her dead idk
