Do you ever randomly get caught up remembering something or someone from your past.

It's just funny that you asked this question today, of all days. Just this morning, I thought about a past co-worker, and while I could remember his first name, I racked my brain for an hour or two , trying to remember his last name. Lol I finally had to ask someone.

Not an interesting story outside of the fact I thought it related to your post.

A few years ago I decided I had to quit letting me do that. I get really caught up in imaginary scenarios of what life could be and find myself absolutely miserable for it.
