So the problem with eating healthy is that I like foods that are filling

Like proteins, dairy, and pasta.

I already eat fairly healthy (really I'm only planning on giving up soda, donuts, and Cliff bars because they're really the only unhealthy things I eat) and even those things I have one a day (one can, one donut, and one cliff bar) and nothing is too bad for you in moderation.

But I'm looking at healthy stuff to eat and none of it looks filling...

It's just like veggies and fruits and stuff like that that either aren't very appealing to me or just won't make me feel any less hungry.
