Not particularly good swimmers...

I thought this was just racist talk until I noticed that it's a rarity to see black folks swimming at the Olympics but excelling in most other events 🤔
@Quizzical not that we can't swim good we typically don't learn though. Some truth to that

@blackychanx I read somewhere that it's something to do with having higher muscle and bone density... The same things that help black athletes excel in most other sports seems to work against them in water.

Not sure how true that is though 🤔

Of course, never being taught in the first place would be a HUGE factor, lol
@Quizzical Yeah, no truth in the muscle and bone density thing. Larger sized people swim. Just a matter of not learning or not trying to self teach.
