I sent a message saying I don’t want to withdraw from my course do you think they will allow it ?

Depends on the circumstances.. why you were withdrawing or being withdrawn.. I would say.. write a proper message, send it to the manager.. and explain how much you want to stay and what you will do to make it better/be able to stay
