Should you stick up for a friend here?

Ok....i maybe shouldnt have said anything.....but i dont like my friends feeling down. The other person wasnt offensive... but i just asked them to understand why someone didnt like it.

Im pathetic apparently.
Ok....maybe i am. But at least im polite about it.....lol

Pathetic is a popular insult here. I would not take it to heart. The only thing these people have are their insults. You already have one up on them because you are a human who has empathy.
