cobra. the gator has more reasons to attack then the cobra and with luck (antivenom or strong constitution) you might survive if the cobra attacks .

I would ride the alligator over the cobra and make the cobra into some sort of luggage.

If one of them is female, no one of them my Ex wife, and I have a chocolate bar, problem solved.

The alligator. I can easily outrun one in a straight line. And if I get nabbed at least I'd only lose an arm.

But the Cobra could kill me with a single bite.

I will wait for the hungry alligator to attack the cobra! Then I will sneak away.

Too easy, shoot cobra, toss to gator and get away.
